Suitable for 1 or 2 people wishing to enjoy the local area with plenty of outside activities to do. Near to Hockley Woods and walking distance (15 mins) to Hockley Town and close to Rayleigh with buses in either direction. Southend Seafront and Chelmsford are a bus ride away. Hockley Station is a 20 minute walk, which is direct to Stratford or London Liverpool Street station.
