You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.

Short walks to local pubs and restaurants, close to local wedding venues such as Crondon Park, Downham Hall and Stock Brook Manor, and a 5 min taxi ride from Billericay which has a lively nightlife.

My place is at the heart of Leigh-on-Sea Old Town, with its cockle boats, waterside pubs and restaurants, sea birds and beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Situated at the back of the main Bungelow this cute little annex is all you need for an over night stay, having a single bed that pulls out to make a double, small kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities including microwave, and a wet room bathroom, TV and internet access
