We are tucked away in the hill country on the West fork of the Frio River. Even in this recent dry summer (2022), we still have running water in our river spot! We are North of Leakey, on a private 5.5 acre lot, with no neighbors. We are a short drive away from: Concan, Garner S.P. and Lost Maples. Relax in the peaceful hill country or cool off in the river

On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Vacation home for your family to getaway from it all. Enjoy the amazing wildlife and bird watching any time of year along this part of the river. The Frio River is spring fed, cool and refreshing great for kayaking, tubing, swimming, fishing, or just hanging out with friends and family. Nearby restaurants, stores, antique shops and museums are fun to explore. Year round Frio River vacation homes are perfect to accommodate large or small groups.

Nonnie's Cabin, Leakey, Texas

7 miles from the historic and popular Garner State Park sits Nonnie's Cabin LLC, a 2 br, 1 bath cedar cabin that accommodates 6 comfortably. New front-back decks, bath and shower, fully furnished. Great getaway! Good well-mannered & house-broken dogs are allowed, if we are notified in advance (no fence): $50 extra per stay for 1-2 dogs; $75 for 3 (must be paid in advance). Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds.

El Casa Vista on Twisted Sister 336.

If you are looking for a peaceful weekend, this is your spot. You won't see many cars pass by on Ranch Road 336. You will see deer, cattle, birds and other wildlife. Star gazing at night is a treat! The property is 18 miles north of Leakey, so it is easy to get to the Frio River and find good places to eat or drive to one of the state parks nearby. Garner State Park and Los Maples are fun day trips.
