The tinaja has a separate preparation cost, you have to notify in advance of its use. Jar value $50,000 for preparation and $30,000 for each additional day. The hot water jar must be requested 24 hours in advance as filling it with water and heating it requires several hours.

The cabin is made of wood and has two floors. It is located in the Nevados de Chillan Biosphere Reserve. We are in the Las Trancas Valley, Termas de Chillán, 8 km from the ski center, Bike Park and thermal pools. It has a swimming pool, gazebo, and hot tub. In the area you can do various activities such as trekking, canopy, horseback riding, bike rentals, hiking and more. There are a variety of shops in the area such as restaurants, cafes, crafts, pub, etc.
