The apartment has a large living room with very comfortable armchairs and a dining room for 8 people. Ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. It has a main entrance with an individual doorman accessed by the main elevator and another entrance located in the kitchen where you can access a second elevator and the stairs to the ground floor. I am in constant contact with my guests because I live very close and I love to socialize. Upon arrival, I give guests a public transportation card and a neighborhood guide with suggestions on good restaurants that are nearby. Just 4 blocks from Avenida Alvear, where the most exclusive hotels and shops in the country are located. The neighborhood is safe, with lots of bars, restaurants, and transportation. All bus lines pass through nearby avenues. The subway is also very close. Taxis and Uber available. Also within walking distance are the Recoleta Cemetery, Buenos Aires Design, Pilar Church, Craft Fair, El Ateneo bookstore, Law School, Museum of Fine Arts, Palais de Glace and other relevant sites to visit and enjoy the beautiful city. There's a Starbucks across the street for breakfast.

The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need.
