Chattanooga's vibrant and walkable North Shore and Downtown are only 10 minutes away. Red Bank and Hixson are right around the corner. We live upstairs and are quiet, we have no children or pets. You may hear footsteps and normal living activities, but we strive to stay as quiet as possible to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

NO CHECKOUT REQUIREMENTS. When you’re done, you leave - we clean. The entire lower floor of this Chattanooga North Shore home has been fitted out as a high end apartment comprising a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan living room/kitchen and large private deck. Fully airconditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to the unit.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown
This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Although we love them, this property is NOT suitable for small children or pets due to steep staircase, small space, and loft-style bedroom.

The house we are offering is a great size and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. This is our home also. We live in a separate basement apartment.
