Pleasant bright and spacious accommodation for 4 people. Cocooning effect with exposed beams, high ceilings and tastefully decorated. The garage is very nice because parking is for a fee. Easy walking access in the hyper city center. I would recommend this place to visit Rennes

the best Airbnb I found, it's simple, there was everything we are looking for: quiet location, large apartment with all the people you need( little extra with the balcony veranda), the decoration of the accommodation, the proximity to the sea by car , the meeting with the owner, the value for money ,it comforts me with Airbnb. Very nice house, furnished with great taste, on a quiet street, in a charming and picturesque area, close to friendly places in Nantes. Shops nearby. Sabrina was very responsive to our requests.

Had a pleasant stay in this large house with a garden. Very nice rooms. Very well equipped for kitchen and linens. Possibility to put your car in the garage. For me, I don't need it because the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Overall it was perfect. Enjoy your stay at the next time.

Thank you for this very pleasant stay in a functional accommodation that met our expectations. However, to facilitate this stay, we would have liked to have the operating mode of the oven and stove that we had trouble using as we wanted. One suggestion: put pads under the chairs to limit noise. Best regards

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

We recommend this place 100%: Nicolas is very available and his directions are very clear. It offers a very well appointed and very clean accommodation. The accommodation is ideally located: at the foot of the beach, 500 m from Le Croisic train station and the bike rental company. We did not use our car for our entire stay: we did everything by bike, as the area is very well arranged in bike paths. Walk on the port of Le Croisic, the wild coast, Batz sur mer, St Michel beach, Guénolé tower, mini golf, Le Pouliguen by the wild coast, Pen Bron, ... To be done again! And soon!
