Welcome to our 35 m2 studio, ideally located in the heart of Redon. Nestled on the 2nd floor of a small building, our apartment has direct views of the Vilaine, allowing you immediate access to the Canal de Nantes à Brest. Located close to the historic center of Redon, you will be a short walk from local shops, restaurants and attractions. In addition, the train station is only a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Vannes, Nantes, Rennes and other destinations.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
