In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man von der Wohnung aus das Musiktheater, den Botanischen Garten, den Mariendom und die Landstraße. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag lädt der naheliegende Park zum Seele baumeln und Ruhe finden ein. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 650 m entfernt.

Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. But the more beautiful the city is then. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
