Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Si trova a 1400m dalla spiaggia Monti Russu, ed è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto la spiaggia di Rena Majore che ha ospitato il set del film Disney "La Sirenetta". I centri più vicini che forniscono i servizi necessari sono Vignola, Rena Majore e Santa Teresa Gallura, a 5-4-11 km.

Part of a farmhouse, on the ground floor there is a living area with a kitchen and a beautiful veranda with a view of the sea and sunsets, and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine, unique sunset view. The other part of Stazzu is where I live, so some outdoor areas may be shared. Beach reachable with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.
