The entrance is semi-independent in a typical Bolognese building, the entrance is on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the second and last floor.

Elegant, completely renovated apartment above the famous porticoes of Bologna, recently appointed World Heritage by UNESCO. The space includes a large bathroom and an open-space area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a comfortable bed for two people. During the restoration, frescoes dating back to the 19th century were discovered and are now enhanced by a sophisticated lighting system. It is also less than a 10-minute walk from the Villa Chiara Nursing Home. Composed of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom and a study room where you can also work remotely. NO SMOKING

Equipped with every comfort, kitchen, TV (Satellite), wi-fi and washing machine, it is ideal for your stay in a strategic and central location, but quiet and peaceful. Only us and two other families live in the building, so it is very quiet and peaceful. We personally take care of the check-in, during which we are available for any information and suggestions for visiting the city

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. The Apartment on the courtyard is an excellent compromise between proximity to all the artistic, cultural and gastronomic attractions of the city and the quiet provided by the view of a delightful internal garden. We are in the center, less than a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, in a typical 18th-century Bolognese building. The apartment consists of an entrance, bathroom, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and television and bedroom with a full bed.
