Beautiful apartment in quiet surroundings. Luca was out of health, so we were very kindly welcomed by his family. If you had any questions, he was always available and his family was responsive.

Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

Great experience! Accommodation in the center and very convenient to reach the central station. Clean and modern apartment, we had an extremely good time!

We loved this place and could happily have stayed forever. The large terrace was amazing, overlooking the sea and great for people watching but still private and peaceful as up on the 3rd floor. We had both breakfasts and dinners up there. Kitchen is great with plenty of appliances etc to cook a full meal. A couple of little grocery shops near by - we found the one at 116 Via Fegina good, little rabbit warren of a place with fresh fruit and veg - their fresh pesto was excellent. Washing machine was highly appreciated as was the line to dry things on the terrace. Wifi worked reliably in all rooms. Position is ideal for the train - literally come out the station, turn right and you are there. Lots of good local information available for both walks and restaurants. Rubbish and recycling was easy to drop into the large bins by the car park, we never did find the food waste one but the cleaner was happy to take it. Cannot recommend this apartment enough - if it is available, book it.

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

We had the loveliest time at Sophie’s (and George’s) apartment in Rimbocchi. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, tucked away in the casentine mountains - all in all perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. Lots of beautiful hiking routes just a stone’s throw away. Plus: a little bakery, renowned in the area, just across the street = fresh bread every morning :) we enjoyed every minute in Rimbocchi. Thanks so much - we will be back!

We were exhibitors of the antique market at the Sant Erasmo Bank, we parked the car downstairs and then moved on foot to reach the apartment, which is located near the Church of San Siro , was very comfortable and we took advantage of walking a few steps so that we could see the center of Santa with all its beautiful shops . But the fundamental thing is that in the apartment we immediately felt comfortable right at home ! It's stocked with everything, there's nothing missing! You can have dinner or lunch at home without problems but there are a couple of delicious restaurants in the area. The apartment is 3rd floor with an elevator, super quiet , the terrace is delicious! David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Really good location and amazing house!

Stefania was very kind and super helpful. We had an issue with a bike and they replaced it right away. Everything was perfect, apartment tidy and clean, not really central but easily accessible by bicycles. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a quiet place, a little off the beaten path but still close to downtown. It is well furnished, with air conditioning, washing machine and also the dishwasher.

It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the old town and is also accessible by public transportation. The interior is very cleanly maintained and parking is not bad. The market is a 3-minute walk away, so it's easy to buy groceries.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our host, was totally warm and made us feel immediately welcome with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us with everything – both are just wonderful people. And best of all, Antonella is a fantastic chef! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – such a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend!

Sara was extremely helpful. Due to circumstances we had to book the house last minute in order to stay just for the night and we also arrived late. Even so she was there to greet us and give us all the info we needed. She had even baked a delicious cake for us! The house is perfect, clean, with everything you may need. We certainly recommend it.

Paolo's apartment is located on the heights of Rapallo: the road to access it by car is steep but once found the location is perfect with a nice view of the sea and a closed parking lot. There is also a small pedestrian path mainly composed of steps to access the beach more quickly as well as the seafront promenade which connects to the city center (it goes up but we were able to do it with two small children). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, it is even prettier than in the photos! The pool in the residence is large and very pleasant. We recommend this place!

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

Illaria's apartment is tastefully decorated and modernly equipped. You are very comfortable there. The apartment is located in a quiet residence, it has a cozy terrace and this includes a well-kept pool for swimming. In about 15 minutes you can walk to the beautiful old town of Sestri L, the train station is a 5-minute walk away. Illaria is a great hostess. She easily and comfortably organized the check-in and out, gave interesting tips and was always responsive. Thank you Illaria.

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!
