It accommodates 6 people, in 3 double bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms. It features an indoor fireplace and excellent views of the magical mountains. The outdoor space is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing in our garden while reading, sipping a drink or taking in the most beautiful sunset.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Serra da Estrela, Tia Dores' House

The house is on the edge of the village without any opposite. The house is close to activities suitable for families with a multi-activity center (tree climbing, mini golf, zip line, etc.). It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 m beach)

About 400 meters away is the river beach, which is a natural pool, as well as dozens of beaches and lagoons a few kilometers away (the closest place to them). Brand new accommodation, with the architectural design of the region, made of wood and stone, with all the conditions for a pleasant stay.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). The Cantinho Pitoresco is a space conceived from a century-old house, totally remodeled, maintaining the original features and rustic characteristics of the buildings of this region (namely the display of much of the original stone) associated with the most modern equipment, so that comfort and functionality are words that remain in the memory of those who pass through our house.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
