Wonderful Farm in front of the dam!

Simple farmhouse on the edge of the Jurumirim dam with private beach in the best location in the region! There are 8,000 m2 of land, a house with a complete barbecue, a living room with a Smart TV, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 10MB Wi-Fi signal, an orchard with fruit trees, a large lawn, a private pier, and a boat ramp. We left 2 kayaks with life jackets to navigate the clean waters of the dam. Reception by the caretaker on site. Ideal for families, groups of friends and couples. A true paradise in São Paulo!

Casa de Campo, on the Riviera de Santa Cristina XIII, on the banks of the Jurumirim dam, is a large green space ideal for outdoor sports such as hiking, cycling, kayaking, jet skiing, stand-up paddle boarding, etc. The house has 2 en-suites with a double bed and air-conditioning, plus 2 bedrooms with fans and 3 movable single beds each, served by a bathroom, plus 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Gourmet area, barbecue area, fireplace, 2 full kitchens, a half bath and a swimming pool with LED lights.

The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodates the whole family. Swimming pool, soccer field, volleyball, pool table, foosball, ping-pong, kayaks, trampoline, slide and board games guarantee family fun. The leisure area next to the house, with a barbecue, brings together family and friends. The house accommodates up to 8 adults and 3 children (or babies).

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 14 people plus a baby.
