Comfortable apartment in the best area of Minas, 8 blocks from downtown. Equipped kitchenette, living room with cable TV and desk. Bedrooms with air conditioning and blankets. Windows with blinds. Bathroom with amenities. We allow pets, dogs and cats in the rooms and designated common areas. We offer amenities for them. Access by stairs. Parking on site, to be arranged. A place in the mountains from which you can visit the natural attractions surrounding Minas.

Only 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You'll have a privileged view from any room in the house. You will find animals, lizards, hares, chickens, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. A noisy countryside is not a countryside! Therefore, the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from November 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use. You'll have access to a closed Jacuzzi enabled from 8 am to 11 pm.
