Very functional apartment, 2 bedrooms with double bed, living room with sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet. This apartment is located between sea and land not far from Pic Saint Loup and Cevennes as close to Nîmes as Montpellier. It is located at 1 winemaker where you can see tractors and harvesting machine ideal for children. Small village with local shops , small market on Sunday mornings where you can drink apero at our wine shop.

A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
