In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Retiro neighborhood: a few steps from Plaza San Martin and 9 de Julio Avenue, and a couple of blocks from Teatro Colón. A perfect location to know Buenos Aires! The building was previously a 4-star hotel, and now has a gym, a co-working space, and 24-hour security. It is located on a quiet street with very good exterior illumination. It is very well connected with the subway/underground (which is only 3' walk), the train and with the network of buses.

It has access to all means of transport (subway, train, Metrobus, bus lines) to get to any point in the city. It is 30 meters away from Plaza San Martin, 3 blocks from Puerto Madero and 100 meters from Florida Street. The bathroom and the kitchen are fully equipped and it has a comfortable working space as well.
