My family of 3 had a great stay at Cynthia's duplex. It's located in a good location, close to their downtown restaurants and shops. The amenities that were provided was some of the best we've seen compared to the several other rental's we've stayed in the past. Would definitely book again if we needed a stay in Cleveland, TN. It was beautiful condo and an even better view of the river. Very peaceful! We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. We had a couple little issues the night of check in but they were addressed and fixed right away. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

This was the second stay for us with Heather. My sister lives in nearby Madisonville, making Heather's place not only very convenient to the highway, but also an easy trip back and forth to my sister's home. Sweetwater is a darling town; the immediate neighborhood allowed us a good walk every morning. We enjoyed the proximity to Knoxville, the Smokies, and many other fun day trips. Heather's place is comfortable, has a great kitchen for eating in, and absolutely spotless. The balcony is a fun place to end the evening. An exception value and experience, all the way around. We'll definitely return!

Great place, quiet, easy check in and out. More amenities than a hotel, more private and affordable than a hotel! Definitely recommend!

Has the most amazing views of the lake. House had everything we needed and more. We had 2 families and a total of 7 people and there was more than enough room. Sarah was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were extremely lucky to have been able to stay and enjoy Sarah’s home!

We really enjoyed our family get together at this beautiful riverside home. There was enough room to spread out and it had spacious living room area to spend time together. Jeff was helpful with our questions and quick to respond.

Lisa’s home was great. Super spacious and everything was nice and clean, she was very responsive and made sure that we can count on her if we needed anything. The goats in the backyard were the cherry ontop. We had a little dog with us and she didnt hesitate to allow him to stay in her home with us. Thank you lisa for allowing us to stay in your home

This place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a high school fishing tournament for my daughter and teammates. The house had tons of room with plenty of outdoor space also. We were fishing most of the time but would’ve loved to be at the house even more to enjoy the porch and dock on the water. The place was quiet and peaceful. Raina did an awesome job with communication about everything. Will definitely be staying here in the future if we’re back in the area.

The house was just lovely. It was very neat & clean. It’s in a peaceful location but close enough to several things to do. Chasity was very responsive when we had questions. She had everything we needed & more! I definitely plan to come back.

We had a wonderful time on the lake. Our 4-year-old grandson loves the outdoors, so he was in hog heaven. The home was so inviting and very clean. The sofa was very comfortable and so were the beds. We cooked all meals at home, so I can't recommend a restaurant. We loved the openness of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Amanda is the best host! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay- the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The lake view was beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize that we had to pay to use the pool, it is in the listing but we missed that, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise all around a great stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

I rarely write reviews because most places are the same with some inconveniences so I just keep it to myself. Dana did a fantastic job as a host though because she provided all the necessities and more. We had a good amount of towels to use. We didn't have to run out to the groceries store to get more trash bags or toilet papers like other places. I was confused when she didn't have a list of things I had to do to check out so that was a nice surprise. My kids loved looking at the birds and river while they were there so her location was a good spot. Overall, we'd recommend it.

Absolutely loved the apartment and everything in it! The beds were so comfortable as well!

Unit accessibility was perfect, only a few stairs. Unit was comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Location was perfect for getting to food store, gas station, I-40. Highly recommends.
