Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

With a kitchenette with fridge, gas stove, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker and bathroom with shower, toilet and small sink. The B&B is located at the back of our long garden, has its own entrance and a sunny terrace with plenty of privacy.

By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.

Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
