The Old Toll House is in a great location to take advantage of everything Conwy and the surrounding area has to offer. Situated on the corner of Morfa Drive and Bangor Road, the Old Toll House is in a really convenient location. 5 minutes stroll into the town or to the beach. Fab for Snowdonia and the beach!

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Bryniau Barn Holiday Cottage is situated within Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), over looking the Conwy Valley and close to the villages of Llanbedr y Cennin and Rowen. 6 miles from the castle walled town of Conwy, 10 Miles from the picturesque village of Betws y Coed and 8 miles from the market town of Llanrwst. It's a great base to explore the beautiful Conwy Valley, the mountains of Snowdonia and North Wales’ coast. Great for couples and well behaved dogs are very welcome
