It's within walking distance of Vila das Pombas which means you have easy access to restaurants and shops. Our house, Kasa d' Vizin, which means 'the neighbour's house', in Creole, is located in a little village overlooking the mountains and ocean. This charming apartment overlooking the sea is located in Cidade das Pompas in Pául, one of the most beautiful places on the island of Santo Antão. From here you are close to the beautiful valley of Paul. Ribeira Grande and Ponta do Sol are easily accessible. Just like Cova (crater) and Synagogue (natural pool and ruin) and Ribeira da Torre (valley). The hiker will enjoy this place with beautiful hiking trails nearby and plenty of opportunity to explore this fairy-tale island on foot.

In the heart of a fishing village

On the island of Santo Antao, the most beautiful of the Cape Verde islands, far from the large international resorts and tourist developments, the house is particularly well located since it is at the start or end (depending on the direction of the hike) of the magnificent and unmissable coastal path that goes from Ponta do Sol to Cruzinha, a small fishing village of 250 inhabitants. I advise leaving Cruzinha with the morning aluguers to Ponta do Sol, and walking to the house.
