Rustic, Romantic Flat in the Historic Center

Soak up the vintage feel of a remodeled home in one of Porto's most charming areas in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site. Set in a 19th-century building, cool stone walls, pretty patterned floors, and white walls create a relaxed aesthetic. Cleanness, coziness and functionality are the decoration’s key aspects. Despite its elegance and modern style, the apartment was conceived to bring you comfort after a great day of sightseeing. It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, as it has a double bedroom and a comfy sofa-bed in the living room - bed linens and towels are provided. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette in case you want to cook your own meals (fridge, cooker, microwave/oven, dishwasher machine, kitchenware). An electric fan for summer and a heating system for winter is provided in order to give you more comfort. I'll be here to welcome you, show you around and give you a few tips on my favorite places in town! During your stay and every time you need help, I'll be a phone call or a text message away :) The flat sits in a quiet patio in the Ribeira area, near trendy restaurants and very close to the lovely Rua das Flores. The neighborhood's restaurants and bars are great for a nice meal or just for chilled sunset drinks with friends. From the apartment it is very easy to access the main Public Transportation: ⁃ A bus station is located just 100 meters away; ⁃ São Bento’s Station (metro and train) is just 500 meters away; ⁃ Taxi square is located just 150 meters away; GETTING HERE • By metro: The cheapest way to arrive to the apartment; Take the violet line and change to the yellow line at “Trindade”. When at “São Bento” Metro Station, look for a large street going down to the river (Rua Mouzinho da Silveira). Go through that street and after 500 meters you’ll see a small patio on your left side - you have arrived here! It should take you about 45 min from the airport to the apartment. • By train: If you’re coming by train, probably your station will be “Porto Campanhã”; When in “Porto Campanhã”, please look for the train going to “São Bento” Station (use the same ticket); After you leave the “São Bento” Train Station, just look for a large street going down to the river (Rua Mouzinho da Silveira). Go through that street and after 450 meters you’ll see a small patio on your left side - you have arrived here! • By car If you’re arriving by car, there is a car park 50 meters from the apartment - at Praça Infante Dom Henrique; Please note that fees apply to park at the street - you can find the coin machines at the streets or use the TelPark app (iOs and Android). In case you need a baby cot, I have one! Please let me know in advance so that I can have it set up when you arrive.

We are inserted in one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city full of history and locals and where you will have a unique experience with our local people Embora a história seja uma grande parte do apelo da cidade, encontrará muitas comodidades modernas na sua casa de férias. Decorado com todo o carinho para que tire o maior proveito de todo o espaço e dentro destas antigas e originais paredes de granito. The apartment is on the third floor of a renovated building. There is lift from the first floor. It is a large apartment with 58m2 and two large windows in the living room forward where there is sun all afternoon. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. The bedroom has a large double bed with 1.60m x 2.00m, and has a closet to store your things. The bathroom is complete with towels and a hairdryer. In the living room you have a table if you dine so you can dine or work if that is the case. There is a kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils to use. The sofa makes a double bed by 1.35m x 1.90m. Where you can also relax watching TV. Guests have private access to the entire apartment. There is free and unlimited internet connection. I'm always available to help you! I will give you the map of Porto and answer all your questions. During your stay, you're free to call me or text me. •HISTORY Rua de São João, dating back to the eighteenth century, for centuries hosted several merchant’s houses. Sinta-se em casa neste apartamento espaçoso com bastante luz natural e vista para o rio. Tetos trabalhados, piso de tábua corrida, peças de arte e as paredes originais do edifício conferem um toque de charme a este acolhedor espaço. Ao chegar ao prédio tem que subir uma lance escadas até ao primeiro piso. Apartamento equipado e mobilado para ter o maior conforto. Cozinha com todos os utensílios para que possa fazer refeições e mesa. Sala com sofás para relaxar e ver televisão. Sofá pode-se transformar numa cama de 1,40 x 1,90 metros. No quarto uma cama de casal de 1,60 x 2,00 metros Hóspedes têm acesso a todo o espaço Durante o check-in oferço um mapa do Porto e respondo a todas as questões. Situado numa rua típica do Porto, este apartamento beneficia de uma excelente localização no centro histórico da cidade, perto de lojas, serviços, da icónica região da Ribeira e da Ponte de D. Luís. Comboio, 200 metros Metro, 200 metros Taxi, 200 metro Barco, 500 metros The apartment is on the second floor but there's a lift, so there is no need to go up and down stairs.

Our amazing apartment is located in a recently renovated 20th century building, on the 2nd floor, without elevator but with a gorgeous high ceilings and natural light! Nearby you will find the Capela das Almas, the Majestic Café, the Bolhão farmer's market and the Aliados Avenue. Don't miss a walk to the river and allow yourself to get lost in the narrow medieval streets. Make sure you try pastel de nata, bacalhau and Port wine :)
