Holiday rentals with beach access in Ribeira, Porto

We had a lovely stay in Matasinhos! Angeles and Sara made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Super friendly, accommodating, extremely helpful and hospitable! Cozy apartment with all the basics and Lidl across the street. Lovely!!!

A comfortable apartment in the area of best restaurants in Porto. The apartment offers you huge space, comfortable beds, two private bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally one balcony and one terrace, clever solution with the kitchen and washing room, as well as big table and sofa for spending time together. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk, city centre 30 minutes by a bus or metro. Emilia is a super host, who welcomed us personally and left us a basket of fresh fruits, a bottle of wine and some snacks. Love it! Thank you!

Excellent Airbnb. Spacious, everything organized and clean, the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is spotless and with a spectacular view of the beach. It is close to good restaurants. The host's attention is super good is pending at all times so we can have a great stay. I definitely recommend it. the beach is across the street and the airbnb is not far from the tourist area. From the apartment you can see the sun fall. Definitely a very special place. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. António is a responsive and welcoming host, always available when needed. The apartment is well-equipped—sharp knives, plenty of dishes, both capsule and filter coffee machines. The bedrooms have good mattresses and pillows, the living room is spacious, with great view, and the design is excellent. With three bathrooms, everything was convenient. The location is fantastic—just a two-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and only 30 minutes by metro to the center of Porto. The apartment was spotless. Everything was perfect, and we would love to return. Thank you so much, Antonio!

We were greeted by Alex. He was very friendly and informative. Walked us thru the apartment and explained everything. There was a large bowl of fresh organic fruit,a decanter of fine Ruby Port & delicious Melba toast wafers with a jar of jam. Very nice welcoming!! The apartment is squeaky clean,with on site parking. The area is beautiful- steps from the ocean and many beaches & retaurants. An easy drive to historic Gaia. Overall a wonderful stay.

Ariana’s apartment is in a great location Foz, close to the park, restaurants, and beaches. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Ariana quickly responded to any questions we had.

Maria Jose was so very sweet and communicative throughout the process of getting ready for our trip and while we were in Porto. She gave us good and thorough information to make our stay very nice. Her home was spacious and clean and a close drive to lots of restaurants and to Porto. The view out of all the windows was amazing… a great way to start each day and to help us unwind on our trip. Small house tastefully arranged, and fully equipped. A little something from the host is waiting for you in the kitchen. Its location is ideal for access between the beach, the old town, the surfing and fishing spot of Matosinhos. The neighborhood is quiet but everything is there, supermarket, bars, tearooms, restaurants... There is nothing missing for a great stay. Small downside however due to the humidity and its small smell in the downstairs room, other than that everything is great. We will gladly come back hoping to have better weather and be able to enjoy the small private terrace more fully.

We had a lovely stay at Joshua's house. The house is functional. We enjoyed the outdoors and the kids were happy to have pets in the garden. Joshua's parents, whom we meet every day, were very nice and discreet. A big thank you for our stay, as well as for the little pony ride!

Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about.

We had a nice time with spacious bedrooms and a very spacious house. Free parking. Beach and boulevard within walking distance.

We had a great time. The accommodation is in a great location. We recommend it.

The whole cozy cottage has all the comforts and has an AAA+ location. In the surrounding area, everything happens during the day, from fishermen who are going to sell their catch in the morning to the local church that organizes a drink at the boulevard. A supermarket is around the corner, but we almost needed it because of the drinks/coffee/cheese/toilet paper etc., which Maria had already provided. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby and with 20 minutes by train you are in the heart of Porto. We will definitely come back here again!

The house is very nice and comfortable, full of light and exactly as in the pictures. It is also nice to have a space outside to seat down and relax in the sun. The position is great, steps from the beach in a quite residential area but also close to the city center which can be reached in 20/30 minutes with the bus. Ruben is a very welcoming host always eager to help. Communications with him were always smooth and he was so nice to offer us a late check out. We absolutely loved our stay here!

The apartment is perfect for a couple or family with small children, for four adults it would be small. It has a good terrace and is right on the beachfront although you can only see the sea down a corner of the terrace. Very quiet and pleasant place with a spectacular beach with restaurants and shops around. The communication with the host was perfect and flexible. We were late and the host was waiting for us all the time. Apartment of 10

Luis's apartment is in the ideal location for experiencing all Porto has to offer. Since we had a rental car, it was a relief to be able to easily park it during our stay. There were only two of us, but there was plenty of room for more people. We picked it for the view and location. And the view is magnificent! Highly recommend.

Very helpful and kind people and a lovely clean place.

The location is really good. It's right in front of Moru Park, so it's easy to go out and play at night, and there's an accommodation between two subway stations on the ground, so it's good to get around. It's right in front of the bridge, so it's close to walking! It was so nice to eat, and the terrace was really, really pretty, so I drank coffee, ate, and enjoyed it to the fullest every morning and evening. The only downside is the sound of the ventilator, but I can't hear it when I sleep with the door closed.

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

From booking to arrival Joao was welcoming and informative, he showed us around the whole complex and told us everything we needed to know, including good places to eat, things to do etc. The apartment is located in a nice complex overlooking the river Douro which is really lovely and you can access directly onto the riverside through the complex garden.... which also has a swimming pool. Situated approx 3km from old Porto, which took us approx 45 to 50 mins to stroll along the river. The bus is €2.50 and uber is approx €4.50 into Porto, so we didn't feel isolated and it was lovely to come back in the evenings and enjoy the patio and river scenery. Joao maintained contact and offered help when we needed, he's a very nice host indeed. We didn't have a car, but if you did, there is secure private parking, as the complex is gated with security guards on duty. We loved staying there and wished we had booked it for longer. Definitely recommended.

This place was perfect for our stay. We had a tough time finding this place, roads are very different from where we live. Andrea was great, she met us hopped in the car with us and directed to the place. Wish we had more time to explore the area. Beautiful location, near the water with lots to do. We took the 20 minute bus ride to downtown Porto however opted to take a Bolt back. Highly recommend you to stay at Andrea’s and Ricardo’s place when visiting Porto!

Our stay was memorable, the apartment is very comfortable and clean, it’s inside a gated apartment building with free parking and nice kids playground. Our host was amazing, we were greeted by Louis who was very friendly and explained everything in details and gave us nice recommendations for the area. If you are looking to stay in the peaceful suburbs of Porto with the beach nearby, then this is the place for you.
