Our apartment is very functional, with several facilities for your comfort. We are located on a very quiet street between the neighborhoods of Jd. Irajá and Jd. Botânico, with several supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies, bakeries, a gas station and the modern commercial areas of Av. Wladimir Meirelles and Av. Bianco Molina, all less than 200 meters from the apartment. The proximity of Av. Fiusa also makes it easy to access highways and more distant neighborhoods.
