My home is in a great location, peaceful place, surrounding by avenues (Av.Independencia,Av. Caramuru e Av. Prof. João Fiusa )with restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets , near Ribeirão Shopping(2 km/5 min.) and on the way to Iguatemi Shopping(7km/14min.), easy drive to the city centre.(Teatro Pedro II, 4 km/10 min) and to the University -USP (6km/12min.).
