House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, keeping the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. Está situado a tan solo unos metros de la calle Mayor de Ribes de Freser, donde encontraréis comercios, bares y restaurantes para poder amenizar vuestra estancia. También tendréis a tocar las dos estaciones del cremallera para subir a Nuria.

Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Can Roure is a farmhouse built in the 18th century, located in a sunny valley within the Fageda d'en Jordà. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance, ideal for four people with an additional double sofa bed that allows up to 6 people. It is designed to enjoy outdoor life, in the middle of nature, without roads or cars nearby, it has a swimming pool and barbecue. It includes bed linen, towels and a washer and dryer for long stays.
