The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

Nestled towards the back of three acres, this is a beautiful and private getaway for you and your family. We've remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom, adding new appliances in both the kitchen and laundry room. The working fireplace and popcorn machine make the living space a cozy and comfortable place to relax and watch your favorite movies after a day of hitting the slopes.

And if you need a break from cooking check out the local restaurants within walking distance from the cottage! Located only a mile from the public beach and boat launch at Charles Mill Lake and 20 minutes to Mohican State Park.

The Big House

Directly across the street from The Ohio State Reformatory, The Big House at Hancock Heights is a spacious ranch home with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, large kitchen with all the appliances, dining area, living area, with a large back porch and hot tub so you can relax outside and enjoy nature. The living room features a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. There is a washer and dryer available inside the home. All stays will receive a discount for a historic tour or escape room experience at OSR.

Old School 7

Take a step back in time with a stay at this historic brick schoolhouse built in 1875. Originally called “schoolhouse #7” on the 1896 Mansfield Map, it was converted to a 2 bedroom home in the mid 1900's. Recently updated with some creature comforts like a fresh new bathroom, unique furniture, and cozy beds. Situated on a nice quiet 1/2 acre lot above a ravine with a babbling creek below. Be cautious of the ravine and hillside, we have fencing to protect guests of the steep hillside.

This 1972 Airstream was restored and ready for perfect nights of glamping! We have kept bits of nostalgia throughout the Airstream as well as adding a modern twist. Located in the picturesque hills right before Mohican State Park, you will find yourself immersed in nature. There is access to a private drive with added privacy so you can enjoy your oasis in the woods! A hot tub was just added for a more relaxing experience!
