The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. There is plenty of parking and the shared backyard is fenced if bringing a pet. If you need more space, there is a 2 BR/2 BA Cape Cod house in front that rents separately.
