It adjoins Meramec State Park boundary, which has hiking trails, river access, fishing and floating. Nearby is Meramec Caverns, Onondaga Cave, antiquing, restaurants, breweries, wineries and small zoos. Within 1 hours drive is St. Louis, the Katy trail for bicycling. Enjoy a relaxing comfy stay where deer are frequently seen.

Welcome to the most serene and immersive equine retreat in the area! We are so happy you decided to stay with us. We want you to feel relaxed and at home as you enjoy the equine activities as well as the cozy log cabin and all its features and amenities! Enjoy views of the lush property and relax as you watch the horses graze and roam. We offer customized horsemanship opportunities that accommodate each person's level of comfort and ability. Cost: $75 for two hours, maximum of two lessons/day

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

Vineyard Cottage at Edg-Clif Winery

Our Vineyard Cottage is in the heart of the Ozarks on a 725 acre, 3rd generation farm. Now operating as Edg-Clif Winery and Brewery, you can walk to the tasting room or hike to the river and Pine Grove. It is 6 miles from Potosi and 1.5 hours from St Louis. Troutlodge YMCA and Sunnen Lake, Huzzah, Courtois, Big River and Meramec Rivers are nearby, the Berryman trail is also close. You’ll love the coziness, the privacy, the views and beautiful setting on a Vintage Farm. Please no pets.
