We recently stayed in this lovely apartment and I have nothing but praise! The place was very clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The interior and exterior are extremely charming and well-designed, providing warmth and comfort. Also, the location of the apartment is phenomenal - close to the city center and all the main attractions, but in a quiet environment that allows for a quiet vacation. Host Sonja was extremely friendly and willing to help us every step of the way. If we ever get back to Pazin, we know where to go.

Besides we went on a busy season and place was very quiet and with a beach near where we can go at the end of the day.

The hosts were great - personable, helpful, responsive, and helpful. The place itself was neat and clean, as well as the photos, we really liked the covered patio. It's also a big plus that the apartment is very close to the beach and the center, so everything was within a 15-minute walk. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay. (August 2 adults and 1 child) Quiet in the immediate vicinity. Medulin is nearby and full of coziness. Complete equipment in the kitchen. Very helpful, also with a glitch in the washing machine. The communication was very easy in the English language.

It was a great choice to stay at Marijana's place. She is an amazing host. The apartment was cosy and neat, it had an incredible view of the old town of Labin. We will surely ask for the same apartment next time we visit Istria.

Convenient and well-maintained apartment with a sheltered terrace. Once past the rather narrow courtyard entrance and the atypical flea market-style kitchen, we spent 2 excellent nights. Hosts are attentive, welcoming and caring. We had a car problem, they tried to find us a garage. The accommodation is perfectly located a 5-minute walk to the city center and 15 minutes to the rocky beach area for swimming (which is great).

Wonderful place, wonderful host! We stayed 3 nights there, and it was a great experience, Marija is supper friendly and lovely person! She brought us umbrella because it could rain, and gave us recommendations where to go. Even though she didn’t speak English we could communicate with her and understand each other with google translate and a few words we’ve learned. The sunrises at the balcony were breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute at Marija’s place!

Our stay in Medulin was fantastic! The place was not only clean and modern, but also well equipped, so we didn't miss anything. The location of the accommodation was also very good, restaurants, beach and other shops are within walking distance. We also particularly enjoyed the kindness and helpfulness of Marina & Ivica & Girls, who welcomed us in a friendly way and were always able to help us. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

The accommodation is in a quiet and very nice place, you can see the sea from the balcony. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. There is a smaller back garden that also hides a very cozy cute rabbit and small turtle. Parking was fine as there was always a spot available. There is a shop nearby a few minutes walk away, 5 minutes by car from Lidl. There's a sloping path to the beach, but it's about a 7-minute walk. There was a bit of a problem with the window window, but as I wrote to Domagoj, they came to do it in 5 minutes. Overall, we are very happy with the stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was huge, the furnishing is cozy and modern at the same time with an amazing view from the balcony. It ist very close to the beach, with a beatiful bay - perfekt for stand-up paddling, snorkeling or simply swimming. Oksana was a very attentive and super friendly host. Thanks a lot for everything, and all the best.

Marija is a wonderful grandmother who treated us with so much love as if we were her own grandchildren. Every morning, she greeted her with fresh, delicious homemade cake or pancakes, and she put her heart into it. Regarding the area, we are repeat guests, however our first time staying in Martina. The apartment, the location, the view are amazing, but the person of Marija makes it really special. Despite the language barriers, we could have understood each other, if we could understand Horvà, or maybe German, we could have talked for hours. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, with a nice view of the sea from the terrace. We can't wait to get you back to Maria next year.❤️

Absolutely loved the place and the host. The garden and the view are incredible. Verica was extremely friendly and flexible when it came to check-in. Can't wait to visit again.

easy communication, parking solutions available

Maria is proactive and very responsive to queries. We were allowed an early check-in. The studio is nicely decorated, but quite small, especially the kitchen. The little bay with a small beach is just a 5 minute walk away, which is awesome. It was extremely hot when we were there, so the airconditioner in the studio was very welcome!

Great facilities for family. Very nice people. The apartment was well equipped. We especially appreciated the washer and dishwasher. The patio provided a pleasant sitting in the shade in the afternoon and was big enough. The garden was especially appreciated by our children. There is a nice pebble beach under the pine trees nearby where we loved. We felt welcome and even got a homemade pie that tasted really divine :-)

Very cozy apartment. Space holds 2 couples well. Everything very clean and tidy. A Ive is great. We arrived very late (after midnight), but she awaited us, and explained everything very patiently. The place is in the heart of Senj, next to several restaurants, close to the parking lot and the beach. We really like it, and recommend it.

We had the most incredible experience staying at Zoran's place in KRK, Croatia. From the moment we arrived, Zoran made us feel right at home with his warm and caring hospitality. The house itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Zoran's attention to detail and genuine kindness made our trip truly special. We were so happy to have rented this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting KRK. The small apartment offers everything necessary and corresponds to the description. It is a good starting point for excursions in the area. The view over the bay is spectacular. Denis responded very quickly and answered questions.

Vladimir's place is very nice! Everything newly renovated and you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc. The beach is very close (about 2-3 minutes walk)!

Mladen and his family made us feel very welcome with local recommendations, an amazing breakfast and beach suggestions. The apartment had a spectacular view and we enjoyed the hot tub as well as local beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters and amazing local restaurants.

The two of us wanted an apartment with a sea view and that has this accommodation unreservedly. In the distance, we could also observe dolphins with binoculars. Everything worked out for us. Fortunately, we only needed the air conditioning in one day and it worked well there.

I could not wait to write this review! I've traveled all over the world and staid in many places but I've never experienced such AMAZING hospitality before! From a personal welcome note, to sending precise directions, to telling us not to worry about the time of the check in, to every personal detail taken care of in the apartment, to even a note written in calligraphy, to the home made cookies to greet us - there are no words to describe how welcomed we felt! If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would! A 100 would not be enough either! The kitchen is very well equipped, the mattresses are so comfy, it's so quiet and peaceful here - EVERY detail is thought of and is taken care of! This is the best stay ever!
