Quiet, just outside the city, 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the fair, new two-room apartment in a complex with swimming pool, open only in the summer, and garden. Independent apartment with private entrance, air conditioning, equipped kitchen and parking. The house has a 4,000-meter garden that allows our guests (maximum 4) privacy even in the pool. Ampio monolocale con bagno, salotto e angolo cottura. Uso del giardino e piscina. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione gratuitamente due biciclette con sedili per bimbi . La spiaggia attrezzata con bagnìno e bar/ristorante è di fronte a casa, il costo è di 10€ al giorno per ombrellone e due sdraie (maggio,giugno,settembre) e 15€ (luglio,agosto). La casa è di recente risistemazione ed è disposta su 2 piani. Al piano terra c'è una cucina con sala da pranzo, un bagno ed un salotto molto spazioso. Al piano primo sono presenti le 3 stanze da letto ed un secondo bagno. L'esterno è composto da portico e grande giardino. La posizione è comoda per chi desidera visitare San Marino o il circondario, Rimini, Riccione Sant'Arcangelo, San Leo ecc...Oppure partecipare a conferenze o eventi come la Moto GP, il Rally Legend ed altro ancora.

The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable, with a wonderful view over the "Montefeltro". The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
