The sofa bed is with a real mattress + quality top mattress. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm).

The house has plenty of space for family and friends, several sunny terraces with shelter and cozy settings for cooking, games and a fire in the fireplace after a day by the sea. It is located next to the playground and only a 10-minute walk from Bork Harbor, where there are shopping opportunities. The area offers Viking Museum Surfing Fishing Legoland - 62 km Water park Henne beach - 20 km Electricity consumption is settled separately (5.00 DKK/kWh) and calculated via electricity meter on departure.

Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

Easy access to everything from this centrally located residence: shopping opportunities on the pedestrian street, Fermaten, nightclubs, restaurants, cafes, gym (DGI), central station, cinema, library, Føtex, etc. 750 m to Kongrescenter, 3 km to MCH Messecenter. Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.
