The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

Apartment with great view of the fjord

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Guest house for individualists & nature lovers

The approx. 30 square meter cottage has two rooms and a shower room. In the small front garden you can enjoy the morning sun and on the side terrace the evening sun. Our Resthof is centrally operated with a pellet heater. The farm is a 15-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. From the nearby wild beach you can see over to Denmark. Glücksburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbor and the many colorful houses.

The holiday home is located in the north of Schleswig-Holsteins, in the spa Glücksburg, directly at the Baltic Sea. From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Nearby the house is a variety of good restaurants and there is a lot of space for your activities. Enjoy the silence and the peace in our comfortably furnished holiday home. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. Kunsthaus Gremmerup

Art has been created in Kunsthaus Gremmerup for 50 years. The whole house breathes a creative atmosphere. On 165 square meters and a large garden, there is plenty of space to relax for up to 8 people. The apartment is a powerful place to unwind. One bathroom has a tub that is heated with a wood-burning stove. Here you can enjoy a bath by the crackling fire and cozy warmth of the stove. There is a Finnish sauna in the garden. Welcome!
