It´s a residencial condo in an exceptional quiet location, car isn´t needed because there is a bus stop where you can take buses to Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Downtown, Barra, etc.... 50 meters away from the house entrance, nevertheless, there are two parking spots available just in case you come by car or decide to rent one. Situated between the Two Brothers Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, this house is at a perfect location to all Rio´s south zone hot spots; Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana are "right around the corner", Enjoy the day in the city and relax looking at the sea at the end of the day in this exceptional house.
