Villa house in the Horto neighborhood, built just 3 years ago. There are 3 floors: on the ground floor is the living room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and winter garden; on the 1st floor a TV room with sofa bed, work space, double bedroom with balcony and a bathroom; on the 3rd floor there is a bedroom suite and a terrace with shower, many plants and barbecue area. The house was designed by an architect, and is located in a charming neighborhood, surrounded by nature and good restaurants, in the heart of Rio's south zone.
