Holiday rentals in Rio de la Plata

I stayed at this location for four nights May 2025 and I can't be more satisfied. The apartment in its entirety and the rooms that were spotless, the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything, very strategic, quiet enough to rest. I would definitely go back and recommend it for both rest and work trips. Pablo the host is very attentive and kind always with a quick response. You can quietly decompensate that he is surely attentive. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

We stayed 12 days in the apartment and the experience was amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. The place has a very well-equipped kitchen and various utensils for meals and snacks. Cleaning products were also available for use. The hair dryer is great. The clothes dryer is also very efficient. The iron and ironing board are in great condition and functionality. The smart TV with multiple streaming access, just log in. The Wi-Fi provided a great connection. Several socket adapters available and the extension made our logistics much easier. Easy access to transportation, bars, restaurants and markets. The host was available all the time, always very attentive and concerned about how we were. I loved the place, I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Super hospitable Jimena, very attentive from minute zero until the moment we left. We were surprised how nice and prepared everything was, added to that has armed a mapita with all the points of interest in the area!! We recommend going for a bike ride in the area of Dique Luján which is very nice to tour. The space is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations, it is thought of even in the smallest detail. Ideal for a getaway, which we would be happy to do again!! Thank you very much Jime! :)

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very nice. The area is safe and in addition, in the building there are very attentive doorkeepers who are 24 hours. Cande, the host, is very attentive. He welcomed us very well, explained everything about the accommodation and I make sure during the stay that we will not be missing anything. Super recommended and grateful to Cande for the welcome.

The Apt is close to everything, and it served perfectly for us to review Punta and its attractions. Everything very good, it met the expectations.

The hostess always responded to us quickly, tried to help us with the early check in by guarding our bags. The house is very cozy and the barbecue was the differential for making a parrille.

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.
