Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Río Grande

Our stay was excellent and the anfritrion Nelson was very attentive to everything that was presented to us, I would definitely come back .

Our first night in Puerto Rico, we learned that our rented VRBO, was a scam. I was very disappointed and VRBO did nothing to help us out even though their motto is ‘Book with Confidence.’ I was so happy and pleased with Edwin’s listing, Tara’s house because I had to find a place for 9 people to stay for two nights and I was scared to get scammed again. Tata’s house was pristine clean, exactly like it is represented, and Edwin and his family are kind and helpful. I recommend staying there if you get the chance to vacation in Puerto Rico!

Daniel was a great !!! He responded fast and very helpful. Thought I was locked out the house and it took Daniel nothing but 5mins to get there. I will be back soon

This place was gorgeous! More beautiful than the photos. Roberto responded quickly and seemed friendly. The place was very clean. My husband and I definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Great place for a great value with a great host! Very clean, homey and welcoming with all the basics we needed for our stay. Nice to have the patio with a little lawn space and the gated community felt very safe, especially for our Compadre's morning runs. We truly appreciated Jacqueline staying connected with us throughout our stay, providing some local recommendations and even checking in on us during the apagon. We loved that the location was not central to the more touristy things as it was was ideal for us and the activities we had planned. We had a great experience overall and will definitely be back!

A great place to stay. Alexis, the Host always explained everything and the place is just as it is in the pictures. I recommend this place a 100%.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located next to the activities we booked and we appreciated the amenities offered as well as the coordination and communication of the hosts! It can be a bit confusing to find on the navigator at times so we recommend that you go by the “Antique Bakery” located nearby and follow the map from there! Overall, it was a lovely Airbnb experience!

The place was enormous, breezy, beautiful, and the views were phenomenal! We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck to view a rainbow or watch the sunrise. We second the description’s recommendation of a four wheel drive vehicle to get up the hill (and we were glad we had one for our travels throughout Vieques). We would absolutely stay there again!

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

The Apt is located in a secure place with view to the gulf course and sea which helps with relaxing. Definitely recommend. Details instructions were also given which made the check in easy.

Kelvin was such a great host. He was responsive with any help that was needed. His place is located in a nice area and is close to places like the airport and old San Juan area. The place was very clean too. Will definitely book again!

It was a great stay. Exactly what I needed

Overall great stay. Really enjoyed having access to the entire property—we checked out the Boathouse, the Residences' pool/beach, the St. Regis pool/beach—it's truly a gorgeous property. Only complaints were paper cuts: A/C was inconsistent across rooms, getting in/out of the actual complex requires a manual conversation with security every time, resort passes didn't work 100% for all amenities, but none of this materially impacted the stay. Would definitely return!

For my first time in Puerto Rico and first time in a airbnb I was quite impressed would definitely recommend this place or a couple that wants to have a peaceful vacation

A very good place to relax , spectacular and super comfortable view. Very well equipped , a very nice experience.

The place was a beautiful oasis, close enough to eat in Guayama but still has a peaceful and relaxing feeling. It was a great place to unwind from daily life and live more in nature. Any concerns were handled quickly and options were discussed. We lost water due to the local city having issues and was offered other accommodations if needed. We decided to thankfully stay as the water was back on before that night.

A+++++ host and best place we stayed at in Puerto Rico! Paradise!!! Super grateful for the space, it was such a joy to be here, so peaceful and beautiful! Do not hesitate to book here!!! The drive there is a little daunting but just go slow, take your time going around corners and you will be good to go.. definitely worth every penny and the drive. Wish we stayed here our whole tome in PR. Thank you so much Elier you and your place are amazing!!
