You will be 1/2 hour from downtown on foot, by bus or by train 12'. Opposite Castillo Palomar Park and close to the Ebro Riverbank Linear Park. The apartment, like the furniture, was renovated in 2018.

We are in the Maestrazgo "where silence speaks". On a 3,000m2 farm, "La Lomica", surrounded by olive trees, 500m from the village of Ladruñán in an old farmhouse that has been restored and refurbished for housing. I have set up a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms for the exclusive use of guests, all with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. The Guadalope River and the Santolea reservoir are 3 km from the property

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Studio with one bedroom, living room and bathroom fully equipped with the basic tools for the stay. The studio is on the top floor of the house, attic style and rustic decoration. A third person can be accommodated in the extra bed that is installed in the living room. The house consists of an interior patio on the ground floor, which can be accessed by the different apartments that have the room.
