Covered parking space inside the building. Private LAUNDRY ROOM (sink and drying rack). Includes linen, a fully equipped bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a full set of crockery.

The spectacular lake view offers a great plus to the beautiful apartment that is located within a gated community with shops around the complex within a 1 km radius. It is accessed via Bariloche's main avenue and another parallel street that connects with the main tourist spots. Please note that the complex has an outdoor heated pool but it is closed every Monday of the year.
