Waterfront holiday rentals in Río Negro Province

AMAZING spot with great lakeside views. The space was super comfortable and met our needs beautifully. We made great use of the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We especially loved the coffee and french press with detailed instructions on how to make a few cups of coffee. Some of the best coffee we had during our entire trip. We had a rental car and getting into the private parking spaces was great to not have to worry about cars parked on the public road. Can’t say enough about the gorgeous views of the lake!

The location is extremely quiet, we were able to rest and enjoy both the sound of the lake and the incredible view to it every morning and sunset. The apartment is as shown in the photographs, it has all the necessary cooking utensils. The bed is extremely comfortable and the ideal heating, we were able to adapt it to our liking, that was great. The attention and quick responses from the hosts is to be highlighted, they are paying attention to everything!

Although the apartment is just as you can see in the photos, personally it's much nicer. Everything works perfect, Julian was always a dispocision, nos attendio perfect, inclusio se offer to give us a crib for our daughter. Highly recommended.

The host welcomed us, with excellent attention, very goodwill! The dpto has what is nesecito to be very comfortable. The location, unbeatable, close to everything! That is very important since we were without a car, the building is above the coast, beautiful landscape!!! Thank you, we had a good time, I recommend it!!!!

Our stay was perfect. The place is just like the photos, super comfortable and clean. The view leaves you speechless, really amazing. The internet worked great, even I was able to do home office without problems. The shower had the right pressure and temperature, which is appreciated after a day of walking. The pool and Jacuzzi were also great, ideal for relaxing. It is very close to the Fonda del Tío, and if you go without a car like me, there are bus stops nearby from where you can travel sitting without problem. I especially want to thank Claudia, who was super friendly to us, and Flavio, who was very flexible with the schedules and even gave us restaurant recommendations. I would definitely come back!

Very nice stay in the apartment, quiet building and accessible area to bariloche center. Comfortable with an amazing lake outing, it's pet friendly so it's an excellent 1000! there was dish and toy for her !

Marce's house is a dream. From the architecture of the house to the beauty of the beach where it is, every detail is unique. The house is very nice and has a wonderful comfort, just as seen in the photos. Everything works very well and each environment has its window overlooking the beach. Also, there are plenty of beach, board games and books to make the stay even better. The surrounding environment of the house is a dream. Getting up and seeing the beach, the calm of the sound of the sea, the sunrises and the number of stars you can see at night is amazing To all this, there is a beautiful orange cat that lives by the houses there, we put Niquito, it is the sweetest cat they will ever meet in their lives. All this makes Marce's place a unique and wonderful thing. Don't hesitate to go because you're going to have a great time and you're going to relax a lot. We will definitely come back and enjoy everything I wrote again.

The accommodation is excellent. The house is located on the banks of the Limay River in Dina Huapi. The description and photos are short to appreciate the environment where it is. As for Ailen and José, they were always available for questions or inquiries that were arising, in addition, it is a plus that check-in - out is autonomous and do not waste time waiting. The area is in a new neighborhood, very quiet and there is also the police in the bridge area because it is on the border with Neuquén, so it gives you security. Also the good thing about the house is that walking a few meters down the river is the entrance to Cerro Villegas, you can walk up to the summit or visit some caves that have a spectacular view of the whole area. I hope we can come back soon, super recommended.

One of our favorite stays anywhere, ever. Unbeatable location. Great house. Fantastic communication. One thing to be aware of is that the area is very dusty from the dirt road, but Martín arranges for a cleaner to come every few days.

We spent 4 amazing weeks at Jorge's house. The area is very quiet as it is isolated from the tourist movement of the Villa. Also, being in the high area the temperatures were more pleasant than in the center (which on days of pure sun, gets quite hot). Private access to the lake was one of the important points. The view of the lake from the house is also very good. The area is great for kayaking, there are several beaches in front that were not very visited normally. It is also located on foot very close to some beaches on either side of the peninsula, an important point because if it blows a lot from the west one can cross the other side. For those who like walking in the forest, there is a reserve at the tip of the peninsula, also close on foot. Beautiful place to go and spend some time. The house itself is beautiful and very functional. At night it refreshes but the upstairs bedroom area stays warm with the heat of the day that builds up.

everything is very good and the best was the location very close to the center is saved in uber, the only thing I could say that I felt a little bad was when there was wind if the breeze and the cold felt a little but otherwise super well

Los amenieties was missing a little maintenance, the pool water was not warm and the gym with little equipment but for a few days of tourism it is perfect. Thank you very much for everything

Very nice apartment, very pleasant and well decorated / well equipped. The large bay windows and terrace offer magnificent lake views. The host and on-site support are attentive and very helpful. We had a lovely stay there. We recommend it.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the location is close to the city center, we did everything walking, the slope is steep but worth it. Always attentive to every detail, we really liked it.

The Mercedes studio is beautiful. The view is unique, opening the windows and seeing the lake and mountains. I even touch a snowy day and the whole white scenery is amazing! Mercedes was super friendly and I helped us with everything we needed. We recommend going by car, the property has space for parking and is the best way to move to both the house and Bariloche. We look forward to returning soon and 100% recommending
