Small detached house with a large room that includes a kitchen, living room (sofa bed), dining room and a bedroom (with an ensuite shower room). It is accessible from the outside and towards the car park in an enclosed courtyard. It is located 8 km from Vichy, 2.5 km from St Yorre where all the shops are, 2 km from the Château de Guérinet, 2.5 km from the Château de Maulmont and 8 km from the Château de Mons. Nearby: greenway, swimming pool and canoeing, Thiers, Puy de Dôme, and Vichy

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).
