Unique opportunity to stay directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on the newly built Aarhus Island. Wi-Fi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Waterfront apartment with free parking

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

Bright, newly renovated, cozy and delicious self-contained home for 2 people. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. A gem for nature lovers. Surrounded by forest inviting for lovely walks. Lovely apartment with large bright living room, balcony, hallway, bedroom with 135x200 (new and larger bed 160x200 delivered per. 8 August 2025) bathroom and kitchen. Close to forest (about 300 m) beach (about 3 km) and town (town centre about 5 km from the apartment) from Stille property with sweet neighbours. Child-friendly with great quality toys, games, etc. Child-friendly area with forest right next door and many playgrounds. Free parking. There is lockbox. Towels and linens freshly laundered in hypoallergenic laundry detergent.

Samsø Guesthouse with wide sea view

Enjoy your vacation in this unique and quietly located cottage high up in the Mårup hills. There are wide sea views from all sides. You will be staying in the middle of nature with a direct view of Busdalen, which was formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses and cows as the closest neighbors. The only way up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and up to our cottage and the neighbors in the two cottages at the end of the road. It is 2.5 km to shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor.

Fantastic apartment with spectacular sea view

Undisturbed and high above the water at the very front of Aarhus Docklands. Spectacular views of habour and bay with beautiful sunrises. Two bedrooms; one double and two single beds. Compact living space combining modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. Spacious bathroom. Addictive balcony for breakfast in the sun or an evening drink. Private parking in basement. Enjoy the tranquility or the vibe in the new trendy harbour area or walk 20 minutes into the city centre. Bedding and towels included.

2 floors penthouse - balcony near uni, forest and beach

Your family will be close to everything: city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy district, which is popular to live in. The best place in the apartment is the balcony with a view of the forest, sea and Aarhus Ø. It is usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. The living- and dining room are one large room, so there is plenty of space for several people to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 junior bed, 1 bed, 2 mattresses / a playroom and a workplace with a view.

Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

Luxury beachfront villa in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.
