It takes its name from the mural by the artist Ericailcane, created on one of its façades in 2020 and inspired by Thomas More's novel 'Utopia'. The house is a spacious, open-plan property over two floors, with a small garden where you can relax in complete privacy, despite being right in the historic centre.
