The property is has amazing views of Ullswater and surrounding fells. Situated in the hamlet of Watermillock, five miles from Glenridding and three miles from Pooley Bridge. It has a large car park and a terrace for you to sit and enjoy the view. Keswick is twenty minutes away and Windermere forty minutes.

Wansfell Holme is a beautiful Grade 2 Listed period house set in a perfect location in the Lake District National Park, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. We have incredible views over Lake Windermere (100 yards from the house), and there is easy access to the lake, woods and fells . In addition, Waterhead and Ambleside are within easy walking distance, and we are more or less central for visits to other parts of the Lake District by car.

Completed in July 2020, The Hayloft is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater lake in the Lake District. Bedroom one has a double bed and en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 can be made up as a double bed or two single beds. We can provide an extra small bed in here for a young child up to about age 7.
