The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.

The Guest House, Five Trees

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.

Relax in the sparkling hot tub on the private patio. There are many beautiful walks nearby and we are just 2 miles from the sea. River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
