Very good stay in Boulogne sur Mer in Katy's very pleasant accommodation overlooking the Basilica and 300m from the walled city. Easy to park especially on Sundays and holidays.

eve is warm, and understandable in relation to schedules, the accommodation was very clean, well equipped and in a good location, impeccable. Eve was very clear and accurate on the information to access the apartment, while being attentive to needs , testifying to the quality of an impeccable host, I fully recommend this accommodation:)

Very good Easter we spent at Laura's house. We were able to soak up the sun on the deck. The city center is a stone's throw away with an exceptional market on Saturday mornings. Also close to the port.

My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

Nice apartment in a nice part of town. The flat has a nice view, away from the beach. It’s on the top Floor but there is a lift, so it’s ideal for families. If you do have a young family it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Dominique is very responsive and proactive, thank you.

Valerie is a very friendly, available and responsive host. Very nice welcome with welcome breakfast. Old upstairs accommodation with elevator, super central, very clean and quiet. Parking available nearby, free parking in the evening and weekends. Great for visiting Douai.

Hi everyone, The apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean, the bed linen smelled good, good mattress, the modern and well-equipped kitchen. Very easy to find a parking space on the street. +-250 meters from Lidl and Intermarché. Several small restaurants are right next to the apartment. Portel beach is +- 600 meters away. The apartment is in a quiet, dilapidated, small building of three apartments. The stairs to the apartment are steep. The position, price quality is very good. Thank you Margaux and Maxime.

We had a great time at this place. Excellent location, quiet and relaxing. The most, we were able to enjoy the well-appointed terrace. Only downside, too many private areas ( fridge, freezer, and bathroom storage). We would highly recommend this listing.
