A warm apartment in an old mill, retaining the original architectural steels and brickwork. Situated in the popular little town of Clare, the smallest town in Suffolk. Within yards of all amenities including a country park opposite, shops, churches, restaurants, pubs and beside Clare Priory. All a short walk away. Parking available in the car park opposite for a small fee and free on the road nearby . Gas central heating with cast iron radiators, and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
