Not sure how to find another word than Excellent! All as described, Sally was more than helpful answering all our questions and even organising a shop delivery before our arrival! An absolutely perfect space for adults & children of all ages... I understand the property is a continual work in progress? Well Done Sally... You are definitely going in the right direction. If we have to find a negative, which is unfair really, an extra shower (the one there is perfect!) would be helpful for the large number of us, but we managed with no problems😉😊but am sure that's on your "to do" list 😊 Thankyou Sally... You helped our stay to be FAB 👌🌹

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

I stayed with my parents and we were very comfortable and had a lovely stay at this peaceful hideaway. We enjoyed the amenities available and we were well located for places to visit. Jean looked after us really well and is an exceptional host. She is really thoughtful and friendly.

We had such a lovely stay at Kate’s beautiful cottage. Kate was incredibly helpful with recommendations and clear easy instructions. The house is super cosy with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We had a lovely day at the seaside in Southport about 40 mins drive away and then visited the Swan Inn in Hoxne for a great Sunday roast. Stradbroke has lots of good countryside walks. Highly recommend!

We had a great, restful time here. Lovely layout, nice & big front room, peaceful surrounding. Lived having the chickens and ducks and seeing some beautiful birds. Hosts super responsive and really helpful. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Polly"s lovely cottage Chisholm's. Very well equipped and very cosy. Fabulous grounds and garden which is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing area to chill out in. Great location, a very special place to stay. Thank you Polly

A lovely cottage with wonderful views. Had everything you needed. Right on a signed cycle route if that's your thing as it is ours!

Thoroughly recommended. The small piece of land with a mixture of farm animals was very relaxing. Situated in a nice village & within easy walking distance of a local shop and a couple of takeaways. Easy to find and Anna was a great host throughout. Made us feel very welcome.

Sadly we overstayed our stay by one night by mistake and me Nyree at 11:45pm to explain I had made an error and will settle the following day. we dtripped the beds, put the linen downstairs and the rubbish bags. Sadly we left a window open and left the annexe unlocked but given we left at 7 am and it's a locked gated property we did not think there was any risk. sadly and end of a short break spoilt by the hosts comments given we had only just got home to deal with the outstanding amount.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage in a great location. Very friendly owner and we all felt extremely welcome. Great dog walks from the door, lots of space for children to play and a short walk to the pretty village centre with pubs and amenities. Would love to return.

A lovely cottage, spotlessly clean. Plenty of space for 4 people. Wood burner was welcome in cooler evenings. En-suite rooms were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Setting was very peaceful, with ponds and fields nearby. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, including a walk around the local village. Would stay again if returning to the area.

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's place in Bradwell-on-Sea with my family. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding, and just a short walk to the beach and scenic coastal paths. The place was well-equipped and comfortable. My daughter loved feeding Alpacas and Chickens. Would definitely recommend for a quiet family getaway!

We had a perfect stay at this gorgeous place over Christmas. Zoe made everything very easy for us, communicating clearly ahead of time, making our check in and out flexible and responding quickly to messages. The place was spotless and so well laid out and thought through, with a great attention to detail. We were so comfortable.

Air B/B was great, Very good hosts who gave clear instructions to find and enter .Also left some nice food items which was great. Place is rural and quiet near a working farm. Nice outside space when the weather is nice. We had a great stay for a nearby wedding in the castle. The property is ideally located for such local events. All in all would not hesitate to recommend.

Stunning accommodation, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location is very peaceful with beautiful views. A wonderful AirB&B and can highly recommend. Additional touches including local, fresh apple juice were greatly appreciated.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We had such a perfect weekend at the Old Forge which is cosy and full of history. We followed two of the walks from the folder and it was lovely visiting some local villages and pubs. Marianne is kind and thoughtful and offered to help when our dog was stung by a bee on a walk. We had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing weekend and we felt very at home.

Amanda and Simon were warm and engaging hosts. If you love nature and enjoy outdoor activities the location of the stables in the surrounding countryside is perfect. There is such a variety of places to visit and local areas to explore that four days was not quite enough for us. So I'm looking forward to a return stay here soon. Michael

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

Had a lovely stay at the weekend. was very clean and beautiful grounds. although in photos the sauna looks like its attached to the house, it isn't so that was a little disappointing, also the listing stated it was isolated, but you have a few neighbours next door and around. But we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice break. the playground was a good touch too, my daughter played on it constantly. host was lovely and helpful too.

This is the third time we have stayed at Thomas’s place and we had had another great experience. It is a lovely property in the heart of the countryside with excellent facilities.

Lovely, clean, comfy cottage was great to have hot tub and sauna and good size tv as aim was to chill and relax. Not far to pubs and restsurants...

A beautiful cottage style property in Felixstowe in a peaceful location only 6/7 min drive from the beach. Everything was spotless and clean. The beds were super comfy and the welcome pack of bread, milk etc were a lovely touch. We loved staying here and will definitely be booking again. Thank you for our lovely stay!
