High Tipalt is a three bedroom, all en-suite, cottage set on the farm of Scotchcoulthard just four miles north of Hadrian's Wall within the Northumberland National Park. There is a welcoming wood-burning stove, acres of land to roam on and a games room. Dogs are very welcome at no extra charge and no restriction on number. Scotchcoulthard is quite remote and ideal to get away from all the stresses of life - no broadband and restricted mobile signal, though 4G can be obtained in a few places!

Chapel View

All electric stone cottage with two double bedrooms, ideal for walkers and cyclists. On the C2C and Pennine Way, a quarter of a mile from Garrigill with quaint village shop and Post Office and 3 miles from the small town of Alston, reputedly the highest market town in England. Alston has pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy as well as a heritage railway and plenty of walks. Parking for one car at the front, cosy for a large SUV or pickup. The front garden is currently a ‘work in progress’.
