Relax and enjoy a home from home feel in this modern self contained annex situated in the ancient stannary town of Plympton. 10 min walk to the Ridgeway which offers local shops, restaurants and pubs. A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

Lovely, little house on the outskirts of Plymouth, the Ocean City. The whole house and garden are yours to relax in. Close to the A38, it’s a wonderful base for easy access to the beautiful beaches and moors of Devon and Cornwall. Only a 15min drive into the centre of Plymouth, the university and the fascinating historical sites of the Barbican and the Hoe. Buses also run from the end of the road. Shops and takeaways are conveniently a short walk away.
