The sound of water. The song of birds. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find on site outdoor games (pétanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue. My accommodation is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is good for couples, solo or businessman. It is located on a busy street, very quiet, you can park easily in a private courtyard with location. A 5-minute walk away there is a grocery store open until 11pm and just across the street from the bakery. You will access the city center within 10 minutes.

House located in Montier-en-Der in a very quiet area. You can enjoy this house for a getaway with family, friends or fishermen. Outside, a garden, a large terrace awaits you to spend pleasant moments. A large comfortable living room with a relaxing sofa to unwind. The house is located close to downtown Ligny-en-Barrois, close to all amenities, near the expressway to Saint-Dizier (20 minutes) and Nancy (40 minutes). It consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is spread over three levels. There are three TVs connected with WiFi and Netflix in the living room and bedrooms.
